Who do I arrange my service with?

Where will we meet the driver?
For private services with confirmed ship-side pickup, your driver enters the authorised port area. You receive precise meeting instructions before the service.
For the shared tour, your departure confirmation states the meeting point and pickup time.
How is the return time planned?
We work backwards from your all-aboard time and include a realistic return margin based on the chosen route.
What happens if the ship is delayed?
Tell us your ship details when requesting the excursion. We review the confirmed arrival information and adapt the operating plan when possible.
Can you arrange guides and tickets?
