Your request is always free and does not reserve a seat. Here is exactly when your place becomes confirmed.
Belvero Italy checks availability and sends you the final proposal in writing. A seat is registered only after you accept that proposal in writing.
Once your seat is available, Belvero Italy confirms the booking in writing. Only then do we request payment, by the deadline and method shown in your confirmation.
Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. If your ship does not call at Civitavecchia, we offer a full refund with suitable evidence.
If the shared option is unavailable, you pay nothing and we can offer a private alternative without obligation. If Belvero Italy cancels a paid service, we refund it in full.
Premium NCC vehicle with driver, pickup and return at Civitavecchia port, fuel, tolls and parking. Entrance tickets, private guide, meals and personal expenses are excluded unless confirmed in writing. Prepaid third-party services follow the conditions communicated before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
